Math Superstars

The Math Superstar program, sponsored by the Terraset PTA and its business partner Outback Steakhouse, provides an extra challenge outside of the normal mathematics curriculum for 1st through 6th graders.

Volunteers grade 25 weeks of worksheets which are distributed throughout the school year. Each student accumulates points or "stars" and receives a small prize for every 60 points earned, up to six award levels. The highest award is a unique Math Superstar T-shirt. At the end of the year, Outback Steakhouse treats the top 100 Math Superstars to a private lunch at their restaurant.
